CHILD CUSTODY

In some instances, a substantial change in circumstances may warrant modification of child custody and/or visitation. The change may be due to the financial circumstances of the parties or the needs of the children have changed since entry of the Final Order.
Custody and visitation in Georgia are based on the best interests of the child. The Court will look at a myriad of factors to determine whether a change of custody or visitation is proper in your case. CHILD SUPPORT

There are many situations that may warrant the initiation or modification of child support. Child support may be altered if the parties’ financial circumstances or the child’s needs have changed since the time the Final Order was entered.
